McKenney Law Office provides the following legal services to its clients:
Estate Planning
I recommend that everyone have three pieces to start their estate planning “toolbox”: at least a basic Will, a Healthcare Power of Attorney with Living Will, and a Financial Power of Attorney. We can then finish your toolbox with additional items that fit your personal circumstances. My office will help you evaluate your needs, create or modify the basic pieces, and design advanced tools to create a full, customized estate plan.
Business Formation and Contract Drafting/Review
I provide LLC formation services for new and existing businesses. I also provide contract review and drafting services for those who need an attorney to cut through the boiler plate and convey things in plain language.
Probate Services
When someone passes away in Nebraska, it is often necessary to go through probate to finalize the estate. This process involves a personal representative filing a court case and directing the administration of the estate. My office provides guidance for the personal representative in navigating the probate process. Separate inheritance tax calculations services are also available.

Nichole currently lives and works in Waverly with her husband and two young daughters. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a Juris Doctorate.
